Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, size, and destination and will be provided at checkout or time of invoice.
Delivery Time:
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.
Tracking:
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Shipping Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier. If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Local Pickup (If Offered):
If local pickup is available, pickup details and timeframe will be provided after purchase. Items must be picked up within the agreed timeframe.
